The morning dawned clear and bright--and a tad chilly, but not too bad. We stayed at the North End of the Springs, and the kids were super excited by the mountains and slight skiff of snow on the ground around us.
We took these pictures while we were waiting for a dear friend Patti, who I hadn't seen FOREVER, came to pick us up for breakfast. It was such a wonderful time, and great catching up with old friends....and no pictures! How did that happen?

Beautiful Mountains, but I really have come to love the individual mountains around us in Bend. Each has a different characteristic, and we enjoy them. However, it was good to see the mountain range that we looked at daily for 10 years!
What a beautiful girl. I have a feeling we have lots of these years of hair fixing in the future!
