For a quick vacation before school started, we got a vacation home in Sunriver, about 20 miles south of Bend. We got a 3 bedroom home with hot tub and great yard for a measly 90$ a night!! ROCK ON!! It was beautiful and perfect!
Kids were getting up at 6 every AM to go to the hot tub, so I told them one morning they had to sleep in...the next morning was so QUIET...well, they snagged the DVDs we brought and watched them in their rooms....must have been heaven for them! It was for me! I finished the book I was reading!
Patio was so great. I so want one. We keep saying next year, but I'm thinking NEXT YEAR we are getting a patio!!
Hot tub---the place to be I tell you!! It was NICE!!
We had a great time, and it was nice to be home and make dinner for Chad and eat as a family! He drove into Bend to work each day, but we had a fabulous time!! Kids and I have a super fun time looking at historical markers and state parks and other fun things!! Lots of hiking and water and just goofing around!
