Practice

Paige and I completed our practice 5K for the GOTR race Thanksgiving at 9:00 AM. We were super excited to do it, had a great time, even though it was more than a bit chilly!! Paige did great!! We ran all 3 laps for the total of 3 miles! We recieved 2 cat calls, and watched the river, the ducks and admired all the changing colors on the trees! We did this practice in 52 minutes and set a goal to complete in 48 or less in the "real" race! I will post and let you know how we do!
